Coming from Farmington, MN-3 will be your first step in finding our Eagan office. Drive north on MN-3 and then make a left on 160th street to head west. From there, you’ll make a right onto Diamond Path Road, then proceed to make another right turn onto Pilot Knob Road. Pilot Knob will take you straight down to Norwest Court where you’ll make one last right, and drive straight down to our parking lot where you’ll find us at 3340!
We recommend our Farmington patients to check out some of Eagan’s best nearby parks while they’re here. Sky Hill and Eagan Central Park are both located within less than 10 minutes from our office!

To find us at Apple Valley, start by driving north on Akin Road until you reach the roundabout. Here, you’ll exit on 195th Street West, where you’ll find another roundabout. Take the Pilot Knob Road Exit, and drive straight down until you see Essex Avenue on your righthand side. A right turn there will lead you to our office on the southwest corner of the intersection. Look for us at 14065 — we’ll be in the brick building with the covered entryway with white columns!

To find us in St. Paul, start with heading west on Dakota County 50. From there, make a right onto Cedar Avenue, where’ll you’ll follow down until you reach I-35 toward St. Paul. Take Exit 104B toward Ayd Mill Road. You’ll eventually find yourself making a slight right onto Selby Avenue, where you’ll travel west for a few minutes, then turn left on Snelling Avenue. Drive down Snelling Avenue until you see West Summit Avenue and make a right. Shortly after, turn left onto Cambridge Street, and then take a right onto Grand Avenue. Our office will be on your lefthand side, in between Sencha Tea Bar and the Warming House at 1696!
