I have had my daughter and son receive orthodontic treatment at Lakeside Orthodontics. We have had an excellent experience both times- fantastic communication, cheerful receptionists, highly skilled and responsive technicians and doctors. The office runs smoothly, is welcoming, and easy to get to. This week my son had his braces removed, and the wonderful Gao offered to work through her lunch break so we didn’t have to make the 3hr drive back again for another appointment. (We had originally booked his braces removal several weeks earlier, but rescheduled after my son had a few questions before taking them off. Instead, we booked a shorter consult appointment, which didn’t leave enough time…) So, when it became clear we could remove them, Gao immediately jumped in and offered to do it over lunch. What an absolute star!!!!⭐️ Very appreciative— and his bite and teeth look incredible 🎉!! Thank you!!!!

The orthodontist here seems genuinely detail-oriented, which gave me confidence from the start. During appointments they explain exactly why certain teeth are moving slower or why adjustments are necessary. One time they noticed my retainer wasn’t fitting properly anymore and fixed the issue immediately instead of waiting until the next visit. The waiting room can get crowded after school hours, but once appointments begin everything feels calm and efficient.
