"I have had my daughter and son receive orthodontic treatment at Lakeside Orthodontics. We have had an excellent experience both times- fantastic communication, cheerful receptionists, highly skilled and responsive technicians and doctors. The office runs smoothly, is welcoming, and easy to get to. This week my son had his braces removed, and the wonderful Gao offered to work through her lunch break so we didn’t have to make the 3hr drive back again for another appointment. (We had originally booked his braces removal several weeks earlier, but rescheduled after my son had a few questions before taking them off. Instead, we booked a shorter consult appointment, which didn’t leave enough time…) So, when it became clear we could remove them, Gao immediately jumped in and offered to do it over lunch. What an absolute star!!!!⭐️ Very appreciative— and his bite and teeth look incredible 🎉!! Thank you!!!!"

The team has been wonderful every step of the way. When my son needed braces as well, we did look into offices closer to home since St. Paul is a bit of a drive for us. However, none of the other options fit our plan or gave us the same level of confidence as Lakeside.In my opinion, it is absolutely worth the drive. "I've had braces in the past and over the last decade my teeth shifted. I knew was time to revisit orthodontic treatment and explore Invisalign. I had a great experience with Dr. Syverson and her team, they were always welcoming and the office is nice and clean. They even have a little snack area for you on your way out! The Invisalign system had a convenient at home scanner to track progress, making the entire process, smooth and easy. Very happy with my results."

"We really appreciate Smile Doctors. We had an unexpected trans-state move mid-treatment and this location was able to follow through with our kids orthodontic care. This is all the more impressive because we got an estimate from a different orthodontist closer to our Minnesota home and they wanted to charge us a substantial amount more. They were professional and friendly, my kids felt comfortable and the staff was very accommodating with both last minute cancellations and add on appointments. We are mostly through our braces journey and everyone’s teeth look good. I am glad we used Smile Doctors."

"We have been thrilled with the innovation and adaptability with Dr Jennifer. I had two children with traditional braces and frequent visits to a different orthodontist. I also had braces as an adult for a surgical reconstruction. When it came time for my youngest I looked odor an orthodontist who was willing to work with newer technologies. Dr Jennifer looked at all of the options open to us and laid out the pros and cons for each. How refreshing! We ended up going with Invisalign for my 14 year old. It was SO easy. And we didn’t have multiple trips for adjustments. When we did have issues we called and had immediately help.Lastly, the staff are remarkable! They’re welcoming and warm. Responsive and good at listening to both parent and child. I wish I would’ve known about those practice with my other kiddos and myself."

My son, who has been very apprehensive in the past about dental, and was super scared at the thought of getting implants (which we don't have to do!!), left the clinic saying that he wasn't worried anymore, and that he's fine getting braces from a place like this.Yes, I see other people take issue with all of the luxuries the clinic has to offer- the smoothies, cookies, computers and video games, but it did the trick for us. My son's anxiety about orthodontics, and my anxiety about the cost have gone out the window. A+++ from us.Katie, the clinical coordinator we talked to at first, was fabulous, sweet, funny, and made my kid feel so comfortable. "I love this practice! I took my son in for a free evaluation after visiting their booth at one of my sons school events. They were very professional and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about my sons teeth (age 8 at the time). I’ve been contemplating braces myself as my teeth have shifted as an adult. They evaluated me at the time also. We both ended up getting braces. My son just on the top to correct spacing issue and I got Invisalign. Fast forward 1 year later and we both now have straight teeth! They worked well with my insurance company to have both of our braces partially covered. This practice makes the entire process fun and exciting if that is even possible! They are always offering prizes, took us to a water park for an appreciation event, offer complementary cookies, cappuccino, and slushees, and celebrate your progress along the way with tokens, followed by a mini celebration when the braces come off! Despite all the fun they have going on this is a professional highly trained practice. Dr. Jennifer knows her stuff. The staff is always friendly and run on time to the minute which I appreciate with my busy schedule. I’m glad I happened to talk to them that day at the school. Would highly recommend!"

"We are starting our fourth child at Dr. Meister's and love the friendly staff and the great care that Dr. Meister delivers throughout the entire process from early assessment to checking on those retainers when the now young adults are home from college. It is an added plus that we live close enough to the office that my kids can walk to and from their appointments! The online forms and appointment reminders are an added plus too. #1 and #2 children's teeth look and feel great! #3 has about 6 months to go and #4 has a few more teeth to loose before getting those braces on. "Amazing service. Went there a couple days ago to get molds made of my teeth -- I'll be getting the braces on next week. Quick, easy process-- the staff were really nice and knew what they were doing. The mold making process was quick, they made sure it was the right size and it was done super fast.Before I left, they gave me a rewards card so I could earn points and gift cards if I took good care of my teeth, an electrical toothbrush with a Bluetooth app, sensor and two heads, a container of wax, special floss, special tree picks, and some other stuff. They explained what each item was for and how to use it. Really excited to get my braces on next week, this is definitely a great place for orthodontics."
"We have always had great service with Dr Eisenhuth and her office staff. Always very friendly and helpful. We have had one child with a full set of braces and one has gone through phase one of their treatment and is starting phase two now. Dr Eisenhuth has always truthful and straightforward with both kids. I love that they explain everything to them - I think this helps make them more accountable on their treatments. "Both of our children are currently being treated with braces by Dr. Jennifer. She was the second orthodontist we visited when researching and her environment was completely different than the first place we went. They know their clientele and do everything they can to make this a pleasant experience for them. "Dr. Jennifer's office is an extremely welcoming environment. It was a great experience from the moment we walked in. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. There is a smoothie and espresso machine which made the experience even better. Originally we were just going for an initial consultation. They came back with prices that were lower than other places in the area. They were also willing to start treatment that same day. By starting treatment, they put braces on me that exact day. They were ready for me, and I had braces on within an hour. The ladies that put the braces on my teeth, Katie and Traci, were very friendly. They did a great job explaining how to take care of my braces. They had us out of the office within 2 hours. Very smooth process! Also, Dr. Jennifer was very nice!"
