The staff at Lakeside Orthodontics are great and very professional! I do wish the orthodontist would explain to me what they are doing, seeing during their exam, and what they are planning to do during the next visit.I am in my seventies and my lower teeth were very crowed making it difficult to floss and keep clean, plus they were getting worse. The Invisalign aligners were recommended. Overall I am please using the Invisalign orthodontic system.
Everyone was so kind, polite, and helpful. The office was punctual for both of my appointments. Clean and inviting building.

I am undergoing Smile invisalign treatment here, and everyone has been kind and wonderful every step of the way. The weekly scans are so easy to do at home without having to go into the office, and you get feedback about whether to move on to the next tray within 24 hours. After the initial set of trays were finished, I was still noticing some clicking of teeth when eating, and Dr. Tran immediately ordered refinement trays. I just received the refinement trays and really appreciate Dr. Tran's attention to detail and dedication to making sure the alignment and bite of my teeth are the best they can be, even if it takes extra time and effort. She and everyone on her staff always ask me how I feel treatment is going and whether I am noticing any issues. I feel very certain that they are doing everything they can to make sure the end result is optimal, and I really appreciate their care.
Every single experience with Lakeside has been professional and kind. They make the whole entire process as easy as possible for the patient in my opinion. I would highly recommend. My sons smile was has confidence and smiles with his teeth now!
